Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons,  we do not do accept refund or exchange for swimwear and underwear products once the order is placed.  We will do out utmost to make sure our products are damage free and in excellent conditions. For other products, customers may contact our staff within 14 days to arrange an exchange for size or color only (limited to availability). All return items must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. 

As the size of each brand varies, customers are advised to check the size chart for each brand before ordering.
